Every Raft sofa is made to order in our London workshop. Our standard lead time is 4 – 6 weeks from the date of order, depending on the fabric and size you choose.
White glove delivery
We deliver to the room of your choice, assemble your sofa, and take all packaging away, so you don’t have to lift a finger.

- A two-man white glove delivery service will deliver and set up your sofa in situ. Our sofas are handmade to order in London; lead time is 4–6 weeks and our team will contact you to arrange a delivery date.
- Packaging
- No packaging or mess will be left behind.
- Returns
- For online orders, contact us within 14 days of delivery. A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
